Still can''t get over this 97% discount Liberty got. Is that how much the price of UCG/CSG coal tenements have come down since the global financial crisis? Doesn't bode well for Linc's hoped for sale. Or maybe Liberty was wildly over paying back in September? Something doesn't make sense here.
Could it be that the CSG vs UCG thing has clouded the water? I would think that the CSG people would be happy to cough up $300,000 + just to have undisputed rights to the coal.
Actually, does anybody know what the overlapping tenement situation is for Liberty?
