Mate if u looked back a little our Dr. Horst Kreuter was before this given performance rights how much u would ask?
Well he has 4.5million performance rights passed quickily on the 10th of September 2020 in the AGM which GAVIN REZOS grabbed 3million performance rights which was dumb i voted against but again what does the company think of their share holders? we are DUMMIES. We could have less dilution or we could share the cost but no we had to be diluted...
Actually was a AUD 40+ million purchase priceCheck the previous AGM mate.
I am glad I sold 90% on the last run up with the Hancocks on board. with this kinda dilutions and unfair negotiations i feel my money is better with the banks or other fairly managed companies.
It's still a good project just that nothing much to profit on from this point forward mate.
