per the announcement:
"ROC is aware of market rumours that the Company may be subject to a takeover bid. ROC has not received any takeover proposal"
They haven't officially received a takeover proposal, but I bet you they well and truly know one, or several, are on their way.
Something will hit the desk of the CEO very soon IMO.
The resolutions re takeover provisions to be voted on at the next meeting may all be in vain...
