I dont think thats accurate, an investment bank is being appointed to assist with the de-merger etc. With regards to commercial agreements nothing is in place yet that if one was to come into play it would be good if its sorted prior to demerging were doc's rough words.
De-merger could take ages and we cant do anything until we have something from the ato (which can take 3 months)
