The massive claim from HNC was disputed by VA and rightly so, you need to see what JV states and if normal wording is used as is the case with other JVs they will have no chance of getting it up!

It doesn't stop them from making an ambit claim which would have been the advice from local lawyers but it's another thing altogether to admit it in creditors list.

If you take a leaf out of VA's actions with shareholders, $1 is all they will be allowed to vote on this part of claim.

OZ regulators have no say in validity of ambit claims that is left to VA and so far he has knocked it back so treat it as just leverage tactic by HNC lawyers.

The main issue going forward is to fix the plant and get back into production, funding this will be the key and at this point in time only one party that is prepared to cough up the funds, I don't see any further funding coming from GT/Cornell.
