That's an interesting strategy leod and I'm sure it has taken you far in this world. If you were a director of tdo I think it would pretty much guarantee you would not hold a position on the merged board.
When dls does not pursue tdo and the offer lapses then it will be interesting to watch what happens to the tdo price then.
