Lol... Once again, if there is bad news, I call it like it is. And today we have had horrible news. If John Barilaro has signed. And if he has rejected PEP-11, then you better hope he went against NOPTA recommendations, and you better hope the NOPTA recommendations didn't tell Barilaro to reject the permit. I am not sure if he has, but based on the media reports that might be the case:
