I have the view that is nothing to do with ambit claims. When you do the sums it looks like HAR want to keep operating the oxides for 10 years and are claiming half the operating costs over 10 years? The basis of the claim would be do do with failure to achieve production levels set out in the agreement. The reason why it would be disputed is no one knows yet what the timing or the level of production is likely to be.
