if you buy stocks for both ST and LT and make millions of trades and don't hold it longer then 12 months what's the point including it under an individual . you not going to get the 50% cgt discount

what would you rather pay tax at marginal tax rate ?

or a flat 27.5% or 30% depending on income .


so you can pay tax at your marginal tax rate. no one does that . and that's only saying that it's your only source of income and your not employed full time.

I should sit down with your accountant and ask him why he hasn't given you this advice especially when you pay him for financial advice .
