PEP 11 is in suspension, if you read up on past applications, being in suspension means you are protected against the lapse date of any licence until out of suspension.. to many punters expecting Friday as a deadline but this is not the case, it may come Friday, but whilst in suspension, the cut off date is NOW IRRELEVANTPotential for another top up on Friday...Also JB understands he is not the decision maker and as such sprouts a bit of bullshit to protect himself
