Maybe...just maybe....
Price action and technicals are starting to really look encouraging here for RSH on the daily and weekly setup after the move to the topside of the range at 15c mid January, to then spend time and not breach the 12c support level.
MACD has crossed positive and will continue to trend back to the 0 control line. When it reaches this level the price action will likely go for a decent run. Stochastics have also broken higher out of oversold levels + RSI moving back over a level of resistance that has been set since the price broke down from the cap raise.
With how the technicals are set, my guess is that once the 15c level s tested, the chance of this being taken out is very high.

Weekly -
A couple of interesting things to note here, the candle action is showing signs of clearing the previous resistance that has been in effect. Price action can move nicely as the MACD forms up to cross back positive above the 0 control line and the stochastics have also kicked higher after a period of oversold.
First time in a while to be pretty bullish on the price action to sustain a move higher from current levels.
