Spot on Patty ... this is simply about Drummond and the boys turning their BON script into MAK script. Then they will care little for BON in any case. In fact it would be in their interest in only see 50.1% of BON turned into MAK to reduce the dilution effect on the largest shareholders in MAK -> Drummond and Co.
