I'd expect at the least an IRU to supplement and/or replace the current IRU with Vocus.
As a foundational customer, SLC would get a good deal and help get the project off the ground.
Depending on how the network gets funded, it might be possible that Bevan merges hyper.one into SLC as he did with sub.partners
