The phrase 'negotiations for rig are well advanced' has been used on several occasions in the past, so I wouldn't exactly say it was a convincing buy signal!!
However, Bounty may kick into life on one of several fronts anytime soon.
The company hasn't had much good fortune to date so must get some oneday you'd think.
Worth a hold for possible Tanzanian gas tie-up which would pay their running costs, lets hope that comes about in the next few months.
