My issue with the subjective reporting of pain as being a primary end point is that there are a lot of reasons people are motivated to lie about their level of back pain. Compensation claims which depend on on-going pain - or drug addicts that purport to be in pain to continue obtaining opioid medications.
For me the key outcome is the 40% reduction in opioid use in the treated cohort, this is hard to look past.
Sentiment changed to buy and we'll see if I change to Hold after the opening auction.
