On a normal close it merely puts them at top of list for buying what is available on the sell side. Under a Trading Halt, once it is lifted, the whole board has a chance to be re-set based on the information announced by the company.
Certainly I hope it holds and, gets overun by more enthusiastic bidders.
We are due for a good result on this project I believe.
