That's because appstablishment business services had a name change to cirralto business services in July 16 just prior to MOT paying 132m shares for cirralto business services
That acquisition was meant to bring in over $1m revenue for MOT but has been around $500k with costs in excess of $17m over the same period... ouch!
Hence why MOT blew out to about 4bln shares from memory such were the disasterous acquisitions, so many promised revenue that just never happened
So if MOT acquired Cirralto and then had a name change to Cirralto but Cirralto was actually Appstablishment up until the acquisition, then why is Cirralto now buying Appstablishment again?
