Are you sure you're Chinese and not an Aussie of Chinese descent, you write like an Australian. It's got little to do with yellow peralistic wiews but rather we(average aussies)are happy to have Chinese as co tenants but not the Landlord. I'm sure the PRC would see it the same way.
