Congratulations to all long term holder (including me)

Not much to say about this anns. It speaks for itself. I'm very happy.

Tony is obviously a very experienced professional.

This anns makes obvious that LTR is strongly walking on its way to being a lithium developer and producer.

I am still not sure if we will remain LTR holders in the near future because LTR might be sold the a major like BHP, Rio Tinto, Wesfarmers, etc... Time will tell what is going to happen. (Yes BHP might be behind the scenes as a buyer)

We might receive our capital gains form that sale.

Or we might remain LTR holders if LTR makes a JV with a major company. Still a great thing for me.

One thing looks certain to me; our other tow projects (Moora and Buldania) will be demerged from LTR and will be new IPOs (Initial Public Offering) as new ASX companies.

At demerging and new IPO time, the existing LTR shareholders will receive the same amount of shares (they hold in LTR) in the new companies (we might receive the new shares proportionally if there would be a consolidation).

And that would be great. Our mothership LTR would give us new babies. Actually, both of those projects are not babies, they are teenagers IMO, growing up quickly.

Btw, I thank you very much to David Richards for his great work. He is a great decent man, like everybody around Tim Goyder (TG only works with decent and quality people as far I can see). I also thank everyone works for LTR, they are all great people.

David will keep working for our projects as our technical director. We wouldn't be able to find anyone better than him. I believe he will keep making more discoveries and making more money for us.

I feel very lucky and feel very happy atm.
