Indeed prozerran, it is the third higher high NTA announced this week, up more than 10 cents in a week.

I might also mention a few thoughts about the new dividend while I'm here.

This seems to be an interim dividend, although this has not actually been stated. Yield is approx 1% with franking credits.

An earlier announcement had mentioned that "consistent" dividends were being considered. $325m that has been put into a dividend profit reserve is enough to pay consistent dividends for many years and indicates that dividends are here to stay.

It seems possible that, in the absence of any major setbacks, a final dividend of a similar amount might eventually be declared. Again, this has not actually been stated but if so, then the dividend yield would be approx 2% pa with franking credits.

Respectable dividends now added to significant potential capital appreciation that might result from LSF's improving investment performance. Could make sellers think twice even at today's elevated SP.
