Last year we were told we were in advanced talks with potential partners, now several months later, we are told the same thing. Now call me cynical but something does not add up here. Or are they this incompetent they cannot make a deal?
Just like we were told with Quest, Zoetis, Fujikara etc etc etc lots of things are happening......until they are not.
