Are you guys keeping up with VPG on the takeover front?
I'm reading / hearing there now is 2 parties interested, DEXUS (DXS on the ASX) and Kevin McCabe.
McCabe is about to take his stake in VPG to 19.9%.
Dexus is said to be considering a takeover of VPG.
Also, Orbis just bought 17,000,000 VPG shares taking their stake to 6.25%
They've had $300 m,illion in sales, now under 55% LVR, NTA of 51 cents per shares.....I reckon its not only going to get re-rate quickly but in moving up...those eyeing off VPG might be considering making a play for the company before it goes to high.
