I think you have to remember how much skin the directors have in the Company, particularly Tim. Also, what type of person Tim is and that he only tends to surround himself with very good people. There's no way he is going jeopardise his investment. I think you'll find this has been carefully constructed and Tim believes this is the right person to deliver the project. Tim very much believes in KV and has always said lock your shares away as this will deliver best ROI for us all.
David was already leading the Moora Exploration and no longer spending time on KV, so this is the right move. David is very excited about Moora. Fingers and toes crossed, you never know.
