Just my two cents, but I think we'll own Cortadera before the dual listing, and probably before end of year. I can't see them waiting until 2022 to push the button on this and they'll want to make a splash with full ownership rights before they list on the TSE. As far as money goes a few quick numbers show further dilution is likely to be minimal if all existing options are exercised:
By mid 2021 Scoping study will be and conservatively 1/3 drilling complete. If we crack the magic 10c mark following some positive news we might only need in the order of $5-10mil to get us over the line depending on what options are exercised. People are seriously underestimating how close to ownership we are.
