Sorry I got the MOT share numbers incorrect
They in fact had 6.5bln shares on issue blimey

100:1 consolidation brought this down to 65m
CRO was given 132m shares via a CR

So AF and friends had 2/3rds of the shares at that point possibly more, so full control

The 198m shares are now 2.5bln or thereabouts fully diluted, without looking closely I don't think directors participated in any raising from that point as their % holdings now are much lower from what I can tell

By asking for 825m shares for the rest of APP it gives them the majority holding again after spending $17m of capital raising monies to then receive $50m worth of new shares on the other end

One can view the opinion that all these raisings have been used to develop APPstablishment suite and pay for directors, not to improve CRO's revenue

Yet one now needs to forget all that and quantify the end game which sees all holders succeed by the delivery of the full suite of product to the mass market
