Hi Jd, the timing of the offer is in the hands of whoever makes it. If we get an early offer, it will be lower and if the shareholders accept then thats that. Fortunately, we have some incredible information from some generous people on this forum that will help us evaluate any offers that are presented. I agree with you, from what I understand the potential warrants knocking back any low ball early offers to let Race do all the work it can in the early stages before making a deal with big pharma when it's needed to get bisantrene to market.
