Agree. Its not like the entire resource area would be excavated. There will be pockets of halloysite that grade well above the average and these would be the initial focus. Aside from the disruption to crops/farming, such areas can eventually be backfilled and re-planted ( as happens with coal mines for example) , or alternatively the excavation left as is for it to be used as a dam. God know this country needs as many dams as possible as we have seen this past 5 years ( and so ready for the next extended droughts which will inevitably come in the future as has always happened and will always happen) . A win-win scenario for everyone
