Vizcachitas (Los Andes) has a river running through the middle resource area. Not to mention a bunch of agricultural activity downstream whose operators are precious about their water sources.
Not saying Vizcachitas, won't ever be a mine, but it won't be the next new copper mine to be built in Chile. Another one that fits nicely into the high cost call option category, alongside the HCH project(s).
The best peer for Cortadera is Solgold and Alapala, which is also a UG deposit, has marginal grades and a management team not exactly executing as promised.
