I agree. NEA really did not have much of a choice seeing it was only a few days till the announced release of the results. JCrap may have badly miscalculated by dropping their report so close. We can only hope
1. JCap are deeply shorted
2. The NEA Report is good
3 JC get seriously burnt on Monday and get driven out of business.

The shonky nature of the JC report makes me think it might be a desperation measure.

They may have bitten off more than they can chew with NEA who I regard as well managed and run by pretty straight operators.
