    Is my observation correct? They are saying that the feedstock for the coating plant will come from Johor. We don't yet have finance to complete Johor but they are proceeding to feasibility in Germany for plant to facilitate the coating capability. To me that sounds as if they are confident of raising the funds required to progress all facets of their objectives.
