    Neu up to 3.9c now. This could break soon imo. Cash position is not an issue as they have NZ$1.18m funding from Nez Zealand Breast Cancer Trust and USD$10m from US army.
    This didn't appear on the latest quarterly as the funds are reimburseable, ie spend now, get money back later.
