"Section 5.7 Relevant interests of Minemakers in Bonaparte Shares
As at the date of this Bidder’s Statement, Minemakers had no relevant interest in Bonaparte Shares.
Minemakers reserves the right to purchase Bonaparte Shares outside the Offer at any time during the Offer Period, subject to the Corporations Act."
