Long-dated, heavily back-ended, low cost, earn-in agreement with payments almost entirely in shares to Carola
Supportive Chilean cornerstone in CAP SA who chucks money in for their share every time the tin gets rattled because they understand just how valuable this project is going to be.
Tight capital structure
Good trading liquidity
