LOL... And where do you think that guidance comes from ? Current information comes from management. No information or update from management equals no current information equals no guidance ! The problem with the current situation is that SH are being kept in the dark. If you had “current information “ that BVS was going to do it hard for the current FY, but that things (and forecasts) for next FY were going to be OK, SH could handle that and make their buying or selling decision based on the short v’s Long term prospects. Lack of information equals loss of confidence which equals a falling SP. SH want to buy into a productive profit making company, even if profits are impaired in this FY. They don’t want to buy into a lucky dip !
