Disappointing to see NVA not be able to go on with the break back through the 20c resistance line and then fail the 17.5c support.

Now sitting at the lower end of the range at the 15c / 15.5c mark.

NVA's last results maybe not the % grade the punters were looking for, even though these are economical and continue to grow the resource for the pending JORC updated + gold having a few cracks at the topside of the channel at $1850 and continuing to fail looks to be weighing on sentiment here in the short term.

Iam happy to keep them tucked away and let the story play out as Iam 100% comfortable with @wombat777 analysis as I followed his GOR call (+ADN) in the gold space.

A look at the chart - plenty of noise throughout the ranges here. Need to see the price action back above 16c before feeling a little more comfortable in regards to short term direction. MACD is still trending negatively below the 0 control line, which isn't a bullish indicator at present. Stochastics are oversold and continuing to trend that way + RSI sitting on the 40% support line and not yet oversold.

So it doesn't take a genius to see that NVA needs to hold this 15c line, otherwise the risk of a move back to the 12c support mark considerably increases. On the other hand if NVA can make a move back above 16c in the short term and sustain, the technicals can quickly turn positive and set itself up for a quick move back into the 17.5c - 20c region.
