how do i know? human nature. most people wait until they_need_the money before they draw it, and in this case where we are all sitting on a possible sale/ short term SP spike it would be logical he waited as long as possible.

i'm saying "ddang i have to sell 2,000 shares to pay some bill,s i'd prefer to wait a month or so, many others likewise in this share. thats IF this deal is ever going to be finalised that is.

However yr summation of his scenario is that he couldn't wait.
This is just my & Kiwi's point, You do not know this for sure althogh it may be true, however there is another scenario that he may be aware of a poor result, re sale or another delay as such previously, not to mention giving up more tenements to get deal over the line etc etc. The facts are you do not know the truth & we are only presenting another scenario which I admit I also do not know for sure, other than what has happened previously when directors sold shares in Nov and amazingly the delayed announcement & deflated SP. These are facts and I am only saying w should be wary of further price falls or possibly bad news. I think I'll see you back at 1.80 cheers DYOR
