Essentially there is a growing list of of SH that feel betrayed and disenfranchised by the the conduct of a number of past and present board members over the past 18-24 months and now want to explore the possibility of a board spill to put in a team of experienced independent Directors who can bring robust, demonstrable governance with better controls and heightened SH transparency to try and bring back the trust and loyalty that once existed
