    Kaolin/Halloysite

As a holder in ADN, I'll just say whilst OAR's "Gilbraltar" tenement could be good for the company comparisons to ADN at this stage are very premature IMO. We shouldn't, as holders IMO, be over-engineering advice around first results so been conservative, IMO, people need to temper expectations is my point, but hopefully the announcement is good and that it provides impetus for further drilling (and obviously impetus for SP growth).

I am mindful that ADN has done a PFS with a pre tax IRR of 175%, and it also has been putting quite a few dollars into research initiatives such as in the field of concrete/nano technology, is seen as a first mover in the South Australian industry, but hopefully others like OAR can ride on those coat-tails etc Whilst ADN's SP is higher than when I posted on 'valuations', and glad I was wrong on the upside LOL there, this gives a flavour on potential value should something positive come from the OAR's tenements and we continue drilling and assessments there etc- Post #: 47369668.

These two posts I also posted in ADN as well around demand etc for those who want more research on the potential of the tenements in relation to kaolin and halloysite and what it can mean for OAR if the results are good: Refer: Post #: 43093687 and Post #: 40473743 For those interested on halloysite, a lot of good information was posted in ADN, so here is an opening post to a good thread there: Post #: 40470132 If have a decent depsoit can do a lot with it is the point.

For me the key is that this initial drilling for OAR does three things in the initial assays - hoping the initial assays show we have a good kaolin/halloysite deposit to do further drilling. The key to a kaolin/halloysite deposit is three fold:
    1. Grain size - less than 45um is the key.
    2 Brightness - over 80% is fantastic meaning the resource is 'whiteness'. 75% - 80% is good/ok
    3. Low deleterious elements, especially iron, which in part is also associated with high brightness. If you have brightness above 80% the probability is you'll have low deleterious elements.

In this ADN Samso interview the concept above is better explained - go to 8:15 - 10:35 That gives a better explanation of these variables etc etc

Using the ADN Anns , with the below table from this ADN Ann on its Great White Shark, which is the subject of the ADN PFS and deposit to be developed by it first, gives an indication of what is 'good' - Post #: 49154261:

And this for Hammerhead, the other ADN deposit - Post #: 47698763 :

And Mt Hope, which I think is the tenements that border OAR the most - Post #: 46442630:

Note: in terms of ADN most of the work it has done is at Great White, so in terms of Hammerhead and Mt Hope a lot more work needs to be done. But this takes me to OAR, if we get a decent amount of kaolin, and that the halloysite within that deposit grades above 10% that will be exceptional. 5% - 10% grade halloysite is very good too, especially if have some higher grade deposits in the tenements, but obviously a lot more work is required so investors need to temper expectations. Ultimately the assays need to show less than 45um and decent brightness and that is all we want to see at this stage IMO, with decent kaolin and good halloysite.

    OAR's other targets:

Whilst I am here, for me I entered a while ago for Crown plus koalin/halloysite, so looking forward to these results. In terms of the other projects (Nevada, Crown etc) they are here for reference as OAR is essentially not a one trick pony exploration company, but obviously exploration is always high risk.

Well this project might end up been interesting to seeing what is happening at RNU's SP of late.
