The big price dip we've seen since the CR isn't limited to AGY and not just the result of the CR. The sector ran from November because of Biden's energy policy but it shot its bolt a few weeks ago. AGY got S2 funded without giving up IP, control of the company or any firstborn children. If it had gone off half cocked, there would be bigger problems than a few grumpy retailers.
