    Have you read any recent announcements? Have a look at the Drill Rig Mobilised + Spud Imminent Ann.

    As far as I’m aware the two companies share the lease on the land/prospect. So their working interests (WI) are split 66.67% SGC and 33.33% XST, which means money in and out of the project (expenditure/revenue) are shared in the same ratio.
