i look at a drilling location for oil off the coast of Sydney and say:

there is very very little chance the "powers that be" are going to allow any drilling rig to go anywhere near this area ever. No one besides the shareholders could care less whether there is a gazillion gallons of liquid gold under the seabed, contractors and exploitation of under seabed resources will never mix with large wealthy pristine environmentally sensitive coastal cities. IMO
