mattyroo, sorry to have offended your sensibilities by parroting on about the bid side, but me thinks you missed the point & took it too literally. The point is not the price bid, but the fact that a lot of stock is wanted. If (& it's a big if) it starts to move up, my point is it should move up swiftly. No one wanting millions of shares is going to say no to paying a few tenths of a cent (& that's all we're talking about) if the upward momentum starts. My other point is, having looked a a good number of shares over a good number of years, the mismatch in the bid/offer table is most unusual.
