@Jehosephat if Buldania is demerged, not sure it’s possible to fund KV from the sale proceeds. Demerging will make it a separate entity. If it’s sold, the money goes to TG and our pockets. KV will stand on its own feet. KV would have to Sell or JV half to fund its share in Capex
