Has there ever been a P2 or P3 trial from Mesoblast that has been completed and successfully achieved its primary endpoint?
Or are the only "successes" from post trial subgroup analysis or one out of many secondary endpoints, which have then been incorporated into a new trial protocol to try and make it more likely to achieve a primary end point? And then it turns out that the favourable result couldn't actually be replicated by the new trial so it also failed it's primary end point? But it did achieve a new "successful" secondary endpoint which generated "a new theory about how the treatment works" which will then be incorporated into a new trial so it can be "optimised" to achieve a successful result?
