what do you mean? if u were able to get 50% per month for 5 years you would definitely be better off than 500% in 5 years.....
50% per month for 5 months (1.5^5=7.5xxx) is already better than a 500% return and a discount rate wouldnt matter since both would be discounted equally anyway?
