i am a long term holder too...US economic looks like to be at the bottom at this moment…well….at least US government would like us to believe in. The opening of US TALF to reits on June 2009 will certainly boost the confidence in this sector as mdt might can extend its loans for next 5 years from the treaty. Also sale of the 52 properties will be leap forward for mdt….at least the confidence are building and cappers are gone…but watch out for a Pump and Dump…
