That being said at any time cigar butts could be better value and offer a higher return than GARP or ‘quality’ ... BUT there has to be a mechanism by which the value unlocks or there will very likely be additional unanticipated risk.

How did NTD and SKT go about unlocking their value?

How obvious was it to you after the first profit upgrade that 2 more were to follow?
