Well that’s good but be prepared to have an analyst at Deloitte’s criticise your decision to accept a share price $62.00 less than his/her prediction. LOL
On a serious note having a Deloitte’s valuation at these levels will make it very hard for the Board to recommend to shareholders a significantly lower offer should one be made as being fair value.
If a low ball offer was made it would be worthwhile all pitching in to buy the full Deloitte White Paper.
