I said this months ago. The consolidation was probably partly done because of the dilution to get any of these products through FDA approval. The expenses are great but the rewards are astronomically greater.
No company ever made dough without spending it first.
Williams and CO will find the cash needed when required and they are large holders so will be trying for the least dilution possible IMO....of course that will be tempered by how many they want.....which I think will be lots.
80 million shares is the key here.
The important thing for me is that we get the opportunity to avoid being diluted by being offered shares as well.
