I am obviously biased, but I would rather have a smaller niche focussed business that reaches profitability sooner than a roll up trying to be everything to everyone.
Also, with the network effects associated with kojensi, I imagine that once contracts are entered into, there should ideally be a reasonably rapid uptake.
